■ Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CAE Program Manager to lead a strategic offshore development initiative in collaboration with a major Japanese manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment. You will act as the primary onsite liaison in Japan, coordinating with TCS’s offshore CAE team in India. The role involves overseeing simulation and validation deliverables, leading technical discussions, and growing a newly established engineering team from 10 to 200 members over five years.

■ About the Department:

The department focuses on CAE for farm and agricultural equipment, including Linear, CFD, Mechanism/DEM, Non-linear, and NVH analyses. The engagement starts with a team of 16 FTEs and is expected to grow to 100 FTEs within 2 years.

This is a front-line leadership role managing TCS’s engagement with a global agricultural equipment manufacturer. You will lead design review sessions based on simulation results from the offshore team and propose engineering solutions. This position offers opportunities to work on cutting-edge farming technologies and influence design outcomes directly with the customer. You will play a critical part in building the account from the ground up, overseeing a 5-year expansion from a 10-person team to a 200-member organization.

■ Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the TCS offshore team and manage project deliverables according to schedule

2. Enable effective communication for requirement gathering, simulation planning, and CAD data clarification

3. Acknowledge incoming analysis requests and prioritize them based on urgency, complexity, and available resources

4. Support resolution of CAD data issues, modeling guidelines, boundary conditions, and ensure adherence to simulation process documentation provided by the customer

5. Facilitate meetings between the customer and the TCS offshore team

6. Discuss deliverables, analysis results, and countermeasure proposals with the customer’s CAE and Design teams, and share feedback with the offshore team

7. Present analysis results at customer product design review meetings and provide countermeasure recommendations to support product improvements

3. 解析依頼の受領・整理、および緊急度や難易度に応じた優先順位付け

4. CADデータの課題、モデリングガイドライン、境界条件などの技術課題解決支援とシミュレーション手順書の遵守

5. 顧客とTCSオフショアチームの間の会議ファシリテーション

6. 顧客のCAE・設計チームとの成果物や対策案の協議、およびオフショアチームへのフィードバック伝達

7. 顧客の製品設計レビュー会議での解析結果の提示および技術的な対策案の提案

■ Must Requirements:

1. Experience in CAE or CFD

2. Familiarity with at least one CAE tool, such as ADVENTURE Cluster, SC/Flow, SC/Tetra, Hypermesh, or Ansys

3. Proven experience in coordinating and managing engineering teams across multiple functions

- Japanese: Native level (or at least N1)

- English: Conversational level

■ 言語力：

■ Nice to have skills:

1. Strong experience in the product development process of agricultural and farming equipment

2. Proficiency in conducting Structural (Linear/Non-linear), CFD, DEM, and MBD analysis for agricultural machinery

3. Prior experience working in a global/offshore engineering delivery environment

Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

■Salary

Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.

Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY

Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

9:00 - 18:00

(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
