仕事内容
As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage within BCG's Energy Practice Area, we play a crucial role in providing industry and functional expertise, working closely with case and proposal teams to deliver knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory services. Our primary responsibility is to serve as a thought partner and content expert, assisting case teams and topic/sector leaders in structuring and solving complex issues, particularly those related to the energy sector.
We are actively involved in supporting the commercialization efforts of the energy sector by contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials. Additionally, we help develop intellectual property and assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on our expertise.
Our work focuses on navigating the complex business climate in the energy industry, specifically on 'Integrated Energy Transformation' and 'Low Carbon Energy and Infrastructure,' which include green energy sectors such as onshore and offshore wind and solar PV. We collaborate with a wide range of industry players, including international oil companies, national oil companies, and various energy service providers, to tackle their most pressing challenges and seize emerging opportunities.
In our role, we excel in problem-solving by formulating applicable research and analytical approaches, developing solutions, and communicating these insights confidently to case teams and stakeholders. Our ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, often virtual environments while being open to innovative ideas and new methodologies is essential. We bring a blend of consulting and industry experience in power generation, particularly large-scale renewable energy, coupled with strong business acumen and communication skills to deliver impactful solutions.
