仕事内容
As a member of our Solution Consulting team, we play a crucial role in supporting the success of our Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. Our main responsibility is to drive revenue for our solutions by working closely with Sales, Product Management, and executive teams. We are hands-on technical consultants capable of delivering deep and broad solutions during sales cycles. Our role in this capacity involves developing, positioning, and providing product-specific solutions to meet the sales goals for an assigned territory.
Key tasks include supporting product sales as technical and domain experts within a client-facing sales team, conducting discovery workshops to identify customer challenges, and demonstrating how our solutions meet these needs. We respond to product and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues. Additionally, we guide strategic programs within top accounts, like customer journey sessions tailored for roadmap and outcome alignment.
Another crucial aspect of our role is providing feedback to product management on potential product enhancements based on customer needs, thus contributing additional value. We collaborate with other Solution Consultants by sharing best practices and reusable assets to improve team quality and efficiency. Staying informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation is also vital, along with supporting marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows.
Success in this role requires over five years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions, and territorial management skills. Additionally, the role demands collaboration with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services, along with a willingness to travel.
