仕事内容

We focus on generating new business sales revenue using a SaaS license model. This involves strategic account and territory planning, researching prospective clients, and utilizing business development strategies to carry out field-based sales activities. Our responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with multiple C-suite executives such as CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CDOs across all product sales. We also oversee client relationship mapping to account teams and orchestrate an account strategy with a broad virtual team comprising Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing. As trusted advisors, we understand our customers’ business needs and provide guidance on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmaps. Additionally, we identify the appropriate specialist or support resources to involve in deals at the opportune moment.

Success in this role requires over 7 years of experience in software or solutions sales organizations, the ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain robust C-level relationships. We emphasize understanding the broader IT landscape and promoting a customer success mindset in a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with leveraging AI for work process integration, decision-making, and problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools and analyzing AI-driven insights, is highly advantageous.
