仕事内容
As members of our Solution Consulting team, we play a critical role in the future success of our company by supporting the sales of our Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solutions. Our key responsibility is to drive revenue for one of our products by collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. In this role, we act as hands-on technical consultants capable of navigating the nuanced aspects of solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
Our primary tasks include developing, positioning, and delivering product-specific solutions while striving to meet quarterly and annual sales targets within our assigned territories. We support product sales by serving as technical and domain experts within a client-facing sales team. We lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide product demonstrations to showcase how our solutions align with customer needs. Additionally, we address product feature and technical enquiries from customers, channel partners, and our colleagues at ServiceNow.
We also provide valuable feedback to Product Management about potential product enhancements that can better meet customer requirements and offer additional value. In our commitment to continuous improvement, we share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency. Staying informed about competitive analysis and market differentiation is crucial, as is supporting marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
To thrive in this role, we need experience in integrating AI into work processes and problem-solving, utilizing AI-powered tools and automating workflows. A deep grounding of over 7 years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, expertise with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions, and collaborative experience with product management and marketing are essential. Effective territory management skills and the ability to travel as necessary are also important for success in this position.
