仕事内容

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our solution sales related to Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and IT transformations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and product-specific solutions during the sales cycle, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to meet revenue targets. You will act as a technical consultant, leading discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and delivering product demonstrations that align with their needs.

You will serve as a domain expert to support product sales within a client-facing team, addressing technical and product feature inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues. Additionally, you will gather feedback for the Product Management team to enhance product offerings, and share best practices with other Solution Consultants to improve team performance. Staying updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation is crucial, as is participating in marketing events like executive briefings and trade shows.

To succeed in this role, you should have over seven years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, particularly in a related product area. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud solutions is essential. You should excel in territory management, building pipelines, and working seamlessly with Sales teams to drive execution excellence. Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.
