仕事内容
As a member of our Solution Consulting team, we play a critical role in supporting the sales of Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solutions. Our primary responsibility is to guide revenue generation for specific products by collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This position requires us to act as hands-on technical consultants, capable of delivering comprehensive solution delivery and effective solution positioning throughout the sales cycles. In this role, we will engage in a variety of tasks including supporting product sales as domain experts, leading discovery workshops to identify customer challenges, and providing product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. We will also address technical questions from customers and partners, offer valuable feedback to Product Management on potential product enhancements, and share knowledge and best practices with fellow Solution Consultants to enhance team effectiveness. Staying informed about competitive analysis and market differentiation is essential, as is supporting marketing initiatives through events like executive briefings and trade shows. Our success in this role heavily depends on territory management skills, including building a pipeline and working closely with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
