仕事内容
As part of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model. This involves planning and executing account and territory strategies, researching prospective customers, employing business development tactics, and conducting field-based sales activities within specified prospects, territories, or verticals. You will focus on building relationships with multiple C-suite executives (such as CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CDOs) across all product sales. Your role includes overseeing the mapping of client relationships to the account team, coordinating account strategies with a broad virtual team that includes Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing. You act as a trusted advisor by understanding the client's business and recommending how ServiceNow can contribute to their IT roadmap. Additionally, you are tasked with identifying the appropriate specialist or support resources to involve in deals at the right time. A successful candidate will be fluent in Japanese, authorized to work in Japan, and have over seven years of sales experience in software or solutions sales organizations. Essential skills include the ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships, meet sales targets, negotiate deals, and promote a collaborative, customer-success focused environment.
