仕事内容
In this role, we focus on two primary areas: Customer Advisory and Sales and Customer Success Advisory. For Customer Advisory, we engage with executives to structure and manage digital transformation advisory projects, using ServiceNow methodologies. We lead workshops with both prospective and existing customer leadership teams to better understand their objectives and challenges. Following these engagements, we document and deliver insights and strategic solutions that align with customer goals, complete with high-quality deliverables such as strategic agreements, multi-year roadmaps, and comprehensive business cases.
Under the Sales and Customer Success Advisory, we collaborate with sales and customer success teams to formulate account plans and sales strategies within the region, leveraging our expertise to prioritize accounts and approaches. Our aim is to provide comprehensive lifecycle business outcome and value realization advice.
Additionally, we promote thought leadership by identifying and creating new intellectual property such as best practices and white papers, while also refining existing methods and frameworks. We empower ServiceNow teams with a business consulting approach to sales, improving their contribution to customer success. Our effectiveness in these roles is bolstered by executive experience in digital transformations, cloud technologies, and developing high-level C-level relationships across major industries.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - Must be already authorized to work in Japan - Must be fluent in Japanese - Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. - 10+ years of relevant experience as a Management consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or a customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendor - **望ましい経験**: - Executive / leadership experience working on digital transformation projects or enterprise software deployments preferred - Experience in a major industry (such as FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is preferred - Experience developing C-Level relationships with an ability to simplify and communicate complex topics to an audience - Experience with public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding - Deep customer connects in regions - High level of executive presence with a humble demeanor - Analytical and financial experience - Enjoyment working in a collaborative environment |
