仕事内容
The primary role of a Customer Outcomes Senior Technical Consultant is to configure the ServiceNow Platform, which includes IT Workflow, Customer Workflow, Employee Workflow, and Platform, aligning with leading practices to achieve customer-specific outcomes. As both a functional and technical expert in customer engagements, the Senior Technical Consultant plays a pivotal role in multiple phases of the customer experience. Key responsibilities include participating in workshops with customers to evaluate and reimagine processes, designing and delivering ServiceNow TSOM solutions with a focus on sustainable technical architecture, and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow's technical standards.
In addition, the Senior Technical Consultant provides oversight and performs unit testing on code developed by partners or customer employees. They also offer strategic advice to customers on maximizing the use of ServiceNow Platform capabilities to enhance business processes and guide them in preparing necessary documentation, such as business requirement workbooks. Furthermore, the consultant provides valuable feedback to product development teams to help refine products based on customer interactions and experiences.
The position demands maintaining expertise and certifications specifically related to TSOM (Telecom Service Operation Management) and an ability to integrate AI into work processes effectively. Moreover, the role requires a combination of domain expertise, creativity, independent project management skills, collaborative experience, and a strong background in leveraging AI-related technologies to optimize decision-making and problem-solving. Native proficiency in Japanese and authorization to work in Japan are prerequisites, and the role may involve up to 20% travel.
