仕事内容

We focus on producing new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model. This involves strategic activities such as account planning, territory planning, researching prospective customers, and executing field-based sales within specific prospects, territories, or verticals. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with C-suite personas, including CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CDOs, across all product sales. You will oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategies in collaboration with a broad virtual team, which includes Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will understand customers' business needs and advise on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmap. You will also identify and engage the right resources at the right time to effectively support deals. To excel in this position, you need to have over seven years of experience in software or solutions sales, demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with clients, produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain C-level engagements. Additionally, experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is crucial, along with a focus on customer success in a team-based environment. Being fluent in Japanese and authorized to work in Japan is essential.
