仕事内容
We are responsible for driving the sales and marketing activities of TE Connectivity products, systems, or services. This includes developing annual growth plans for specific customers and crafting account-specific tactics aligned with both customer and TE strategies. Our key responsibilities involve assessing new business opportunities, managing product streams, creating long-term strategies, and executing plans to advance our products based on specific customer needs. We conduct market research to identify trends and the needs of target customers, analyze competitors' product lines, and develop strategies for competitive positioning to enhance sales and promotions. Monthly reviews and forecasts, as well as highlighting market projects, must be communicated to our supervisor. We identify areas where TE lacks dominance and define coverage and product requirements for those accounts. Additionally, we lead and develop a customer-focused team, setting goals, and identifying the need for training and coaching. Preparation of financial justifications, project quotations, negotiations, and pricing of existing business, with a focus on profitability and contracting with customers, are also part of our responsibilities.
