仕事内容

We are tasked with leading the end-to-end delivery of cloud engineering programmes on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Our primary responsibility is to manage the entire lifecycle of these programmes, from initiation to deployment and subsequent hypercare. We will lead cross-functional teams, which include cloud engineers, IAM specialists, GKE administrators, and ML engineers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high standards. Our role involves managing detailed programme roadmaps, delivery plans, maintaining RAID logs, and providing reports to stakeholders at both executive and working levels.

In addition to managing the delivery processes, we will drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the engineering teams preserve both velocity and quality. We must also provide technical oversight across various GCP workstreams, addressing issues related to IAM governance, the GKE platform, Vertex AI, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible. As the escalation point for technical delivery obstacles, we will facilitate resolutions with architecture and engineering leads.

Our responsibilities extend to managing release planning, environment management, and change management processes. We will maintain relationships with GCP account teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders. We are also expected to define and track KPIs and SLAs for the cloud delivery programmes, embedding DevSecOps practices to ensure adherence to quality gates throughout the SDLC. Additionally, our role includes supporting pre-sales activities, contributing to solution scoping, technical proposals, and effort estimation, while driving continuous improvements in delivery processes, tools, and team capabilities.

6+ years of technology delivery experience, with at least 3 years managing GCP cloud delivery programmes.
Solid technical background spanning GCP services, Kubernetes/GKE, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams of 8+ engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of GCP IAM, security principles, and compliance requirements in cloud delivery contexts.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery frameworks and associated tooling (Jira, Confluence).
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Understanding of cloud financial management, cost optimisation, and budgetary governance.
Familiarity with Vertex AI and ML delivery pipelines at an oversight level.

- **望ましい経験**:
Google Professional Cloud Architect or Cloud DevOps Engineer certification.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualification.
Experience delivering Vertex AI or data platform programmes.
Background in managed services, professional services, or systems integration.
Experience with FinOps practices and GCP cost management tooling.
Familiarity with GKE platform engineering and container delivery patterns.
