仕事内容
We are dedicated to providing expert support to clients navigating Japan’s pharmaceutical and healthcare data landscape. Our role as subject matter experts (SMEs) focuses on helping clients manage complex data environments for commercial and sales reporting. Engaging directly with both domestic and multinational life sciences clients, we translate their business needs into actionable data science solutions that drive success.
In our daily operations, we analyze and interpret data from sources such as IQVIA, Veeva, Snowflake, along with local vendors like JDNet, JMDC, Medical Data Vision, and Nihon Ultmarc. This ensures that our insights align with Japan’s unique hierarchical data models. A key part of our role involves collaborating with offshore delivery teams, acting as a bilingual bridge to facilitate smooth project execution between client stakeholders and technical teams.
Furthermore, we contribute to the development of analytics strategies, constructing data pipelines and machine learning models that enhance commercial effectiveness, patient journey analysis, and real-world evidence (RWE). Mentoring junior team members and enhancing the internal capabilities of our Insights & Data team are also crucial parts of our responsibility. Our overarching goal is to serve as trusted partners, providing the data-centric insights clients need to thrive in the complex healthcare and pharmaceutical market of Japan.
