仕事内容
We are responsible for the solution design and implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Group reporting module. This involves conducting "Fit to Standard" and "Show & Tell" workshops to align solutions with business requirements. Our tasks include preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, and test script preparation to ensure thorough testing is conducted. We perform testing and assist users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify system performance and accuracy. Additionally, we prepare user manuals and manage cutover as well as Go-Live preparation activities, providing support during the Hyper care phase to ensure smooth transitions and operations post-implementation.
Our role also requires us to support and mentor the project team throughout these processes. We apply our deep industry experience, particularly within the Utility Industry, to handle finance, accounts consolidation for group companies, and management accounting functions. We leverage our expertise in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting with a history of leading five End-to-End implementations, including international project implementation experience. Our technical skills extend to SAP S/4HANA FICO (PCE) & BPC, where we manage complex group structures, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation of investments, including goodwill calculations and matrix consolidation processes.
We possess comprehensive knowledge in various consolidation methods—such as Equity Method and purchase method—and handle minority interest calculations. Our work includes configuring consolidation units, managing group hierarchies, mapping FS items to GL accounts, and defining master data consolidation fields. A crucial part of our responsibilities is the data collection and monitoring process, which involves releasing data from the Universal Journal, flexible uploads of reported financial data, and managing currency translation, manual adjustments, and versioning and simulation processes. We ensure accurate reporting in balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow, with familiarity in U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards and reporting.
