仕事内容

As a Sourcing Specialist, we focus on safeguarding Texas Instruments' supply chain through a thorough understanding of our existing and potential supplier base. Our responsibilities include developing and implementing sourcing strategies to meet corporate goals and adapting these strategies in response to market drivers to meet future performance objectives. We identify sourcing opportunities, define projects, and discover new supply sources, leading the development of new suppliers. Engaging suppliers to execute projects and enhancing supply chain resilience is key, as is the development of robust business processes for category management, promoting supplier engagement, and overseeing vendor selection. We take ownership of spend categories, spearheading contractual agreements in collaboration with TI's legal team, and manage vital aspects of vendor relationships such as price negotiations, quotations, contracts, quality measurements, and delivery performances.

We also manage communication between vendors and business units and work with global operational teams to resolve vendor management issues or supply assurance challenges. Additionally, we collaborate with product development teams to source the necessary technology for manufacturing and IC design, leveraging the supply chain to innovate within our specialty. We utilize TI’s supplier performance framework to manage vendor expectations and align goals with business needs. The role demands strong ownership, a keen sense of urgency, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Being proactive, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, is critical to excel in this role, along with the ability to handle contracts management and maintain confidentiality of information.

その他- **応募要件**: Minimum requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field 2 years relevant experience in semiconductor or semiconductor downstream industry
