仕事内容
As an AI Governance Leader, we are responsible for establishing and driving the organization's AI governance framework to ensure all initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, automation, and advanced analytics align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, security standards, and ethical principles. Serving as the central authority for AI governance, risk management, compliance, and policy oversight, we collaborate with executive leadership, architecture teams, legal and compliance stakeholders, security organizations, and operational teams. This collaboration ensures that AI solutions are deployed responsibly, securely, and transparently while maximizing business value and operational efficiency.
Our key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the enterprise AI Governance Strategy, defining governance structures and accountability frameworks for AI initiatives, and establishing AI lifecycle governance. We focus on responsible AI and risk management by leading AI risk assessments and developing controls for AI explainability, accountability, auditability, and traceability. We partner with security, privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure AI solutions comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies, and we oversee data governance and quality management to maintain data integrity and manage biases.
Additionally, we define governance metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards for monitoring AI operations and performance, oversee vendor and third-party governance processes, and engage with stakeholders through AI Governance Boards and Review Committees. Our role requires balancing innovation with governance and risk management, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement based on governance findings. Through these efforts, we aim to establish a robust enterprise AI governance framework, promote responsible AI adoption, and enhance trust and value realization from AI-enabled services.
