仕事内容
We are seeking a BPM Pega Lead Architect with extensive experience of over 10 years in a leadership role on Pega projects. Our responsibilities include understanding the business solution strategy, its operating vision, and how business imperatives and capabilities impact technology requirements. We define specific solution processes as well as business and functional requirements necessary for realizing these opportunities. Collaboration with other architects is crucial to integrate proposed capabilities into the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business imperatives and integration requirements across different systems.
In this role, we review deliverables to ensure they meet business needs and work closely with business architects to align outcomes and detailed requirements with benefits realization phases. We develop agendas for workshops and working sessions, guiding the team through implementation from design to deployment. We provide technical leadership in Pega development, hold fluent conversations with business and IT stakeholders in both Japanese and English, lead quality assurance to reduce defects, and guide new workflow development.
In addition, we ensure production release accuracy by preventing errors through careful consideration of bug fixes and enhancements' impacts on other application functionalities. As a certified Pega Lead Solution Architect (LSA), we provide technical thought leadership in Pega design, stay up-to-date with the latest Agentic AI and genAI capabilities, and incorporate best practices. We validate, challenge, and accurately point user stories, facilitating alternatives and improvements in processes.
