仕事内容
In our role, we facilitate and lead requirements-gathering workshops with diverse stakeholders, including business users, product owners, architects, and technology teams, focusing on Informatica and Azure Data Platform initiatives. Our responsibilities include the elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management of both business and technical requirements, ensuring their alignment with the project's objectives throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). We prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flows, translating Japanese business requirements into actionable insights for offshore development and testing teams.
We act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery. This includes coordinating testing activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test execution support, defect management, and ensuring release readiness. We support project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies and drive initiatives for application development, enhancement, migration, and modernization across Informatica and Azure Data Platform solutions.
Moreover, our role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and support data-driven business transformation initiatives. We ensure that project deliverables align with business objectives, quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational governance policies. To excel in this role, native-level Japanese and strong business-level English communication skills are essential, alongside proven experience as a Business Analyst in data platform and enterprise application development projects. Skills in stakeholder management, SDLC methodologies, and coordination with offshore teams are crucial for successful execution and project outcomes.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data platform, data integration, analytics, or enterprise application development projects. Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management. Hands-on experience creating BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, and process documentation. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and requirements traceability. Experience coordinating with offshore development and QA teams in a global delivery environment. Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production release activities. Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to bridge communication gaps between business users and technical delivery teams. - **望ましい経験**: Experience within the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services domain. Experience working with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and related Azure technologies. Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Integration, ETL/ELT processes, Data Warehousing, and Modern Data Platforms. Experience working in multicultural environments with onsite-offshore delivery teams. Familiarity with cloud migration, data modernization, and digital transformation programs. Certifications in Azure, Informatica, Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA), Agile, Scrum, or related disciplines. Experience supporting enterprise Data & Analytics transformation initiatives. |
