Job DescriptionDescription Overview:We are looking for a Bilingual (English & Japanese) Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our Financial Services customers in Japan. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.Job Description:Account manager must develop strong relationships with our Financial Services customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, s/he will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Practice and Delivery groups) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our practice and delivery teams to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.Duties and Responsibilities:Grow opportunities with existing clientsClient Relationship ManagementKey Sales activitiesF2F regular meetings with clientsCoordinate with internal teams for opportunities and contractsContract negotiation and closure with clientsEnsure timely cash collection per contractsEnsure internal Sales System and forecast updatesMaintain and grow relationship with Alliance PartnersBuild good relationship with client by using knowledge of Capgemini capability and client needsProactively develop new opportunities in cooperation with internal Practice andDelivery - Support in acquiring new clientsRequirements and Qualifications:Insurance Domain experienceP&C/Life - Good communication skillsExperience in working in Sales / Sales SupportExperience in contract discussion / negotiation with clientsExperience in directly working with end Japanese client and end Global clientStrong Skills on MS Excel and PowerpointGood to have:Exposure to Sales management systems such as Salesforce or similarExperience in working with Global Teams (India / China / Other geographies)Have experience of interacting with C level or C-1 level clientsCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
