Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. 募集要項＜English follows Japanese＞◆職務内容 SD/MM ファンクショナルコンサルタントとしてクライアントプロジェクトに参画いただきます。 (以下は、典型的なグローバルプロジェクトにおける主要な活動の例です)。 プロダクトライン全体で SD/MM プロセスをサポートし、SAP ソリューションのビジョンと戦略的方向性を提供する。 As-isのプロセスマッピングとTo-beのプロセス設計のための要件収集セッション(ワークショップ)を主導。 SAP の変更によるインパクト査定、定義、および承認プロセスの支援。 SD/MM/および関連領域の機能強化・改善。 機能強化・改善/アップグレード、テスト計画、およびシナリオ (単体テスト、IST、UAT) の設計および文書化。主要なユーザーとのテストおよび検証プロセスを通じて、ファクショナル仕様がビジネス要件を満たす方法で実装されていることの確認。 テストおよび欠陥が修復されるまでのテストの調整。 新しい SAP リリースのテストと導入サポート。 クライアントの SAP SD/MM コンフィグレーションおよびコンフィグレーション変更のドキュメンテーション、管理。 トレーニング資料の作成、トレーニング セッションの実施など、エンドユーザートレーニングの提供。 グローバルな SAP ロールアウトを支援。 SAP SME の観点から、関連するビジネス アプリケーションの実装を支援。 RFP対応、提案書作成、プレゼンテーションなどを通じてSAP のビジネス開発をサポート。◆応募条件必須要件 ネイティブレベルもしくはビジネスレベルの日本語（N2) 日本語のレジュメ優遇。 5年以上の SAP 導入経験 (SD/MM領域 )。 クライアントやチームメンバーを含む人々との優れた対人スキル、チームワーク 尚可 複数の側面からソリューションを開発する柔軟性 (例: 業務手順の変更、組織の変更、技術的なソリューション)。 クライアントのミドルレベル（経理部長など）に自分の意見を言える能力。 新しいパッケージソリューション、IT 業界のトレンド、方法とツールを学習する意欲。 ドキュメントと口頭の両方でのコミュニケーションを通じて、オフショアリソースへ作業指示を行い、進捗状況を確認する能力 英語力（読み書き、会話） SAP S/4 HANA の理解 ※勤務地：東京（弊社虎ノ門オフィス） ※ハイブリッド  Job Description ◆Roles and Responsibilities:Contribute to client project as SD/MM functional lead position (the following are examples of key activities in typical global project) Provide vision and strategic direction for SAP solutions supporting SD/MM processes across product lines. Lead requirement gathering facilitated sessions for “as-is” process mapping and “to-be” process design. Assist in the evaluation, definition and approval of SAP modifications and enhancements in SD/MM/and related areas. Design and document functional design specifications for　enhancements/upgrades, test plans and scenarios (Unit Testing, IST, UAT) and work through the testing and validation process with the key users to ensure the functional specifications are implemented in ways that meets the business requirements. Responsible to close out defects on solutions designed including testing and coordination of the testing till defects are closed. Support in testing and implementation of new SAP releases. Maintain clients’s SAP SD/MM configuration and configuration change documentation. Provide end-user training including creation of training material, conducting training sessions. Assist with SAP Rollout globally.
