Job DescriptionResponsible for client program Delivery management, Status reporting and Team managementManage program dependencies, risks/issues, and mitigations.Create project plan and define base timeline based on the known scope and dependenciesIdentify key WBS tasks, dependencies, critical path, roles, and resourcesAlign milestones with overall program plan, review data migration plan timeline and dependenciesResponsible for managing offshore resources and align communication with onsite team membersJob Description - Grade SpecificMust Have:10+ years project management / project delivery with application development background5+ years working experiences with onsite/offshore delivery modelSolid track on large scale project delviery, resource and budget management, with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.Strong sense on issue, risk management, and proactive project quality controlStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong technical knowledge on cloud, data, and/or AIInsurance producct and operation knowledge and/or experiencesJapanese Business (JLPTN2+) / English BusinessCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
