【職務内容】

経営戦略や事業課題、システムアーキテクチャ、業務の流れなどの状況をお客様にヒアリングし、情報戦略の立案、システム導入計画の策定などのプロジェクトを支援します。ビジネス部門と連携しながら業務プロセスの可視化や最適化を行い、要件定義・システム開発の上流工程に深く関与します。

・経営／業務課題の可視化と要求整理、要求→要件への落とし込み

・アーキテクチャ観点（アーキテクチャ／DB／NW／セキュリティ）を踏まえた解決策設計

・システム基本／詳細設計のリード、技術選定、方式整合の検証

・ステークホルダー間の調整・交渉、意思決定ファシリテーション

【Responsibilities】

You will engage with clients to understand their management strategies, business challenges, system architecture, and business processes, supporting projects such as information strategy planning and system implementation planning. Working closely with business units, you will visualize and optimize business processes and play a central role in the upstream phases of requirements definition and system development.

Visualizing management and business issues, organizing requirements, and translating them into system specifications

Designing solutions based on architecture perspectives (architecture, database, network, security)

Leading system basic/detailed design, technology selection, and technical feasibility validation

Coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders, and facilitating decision-making

For hirings until grade C3A (equivalent to Manager), one will be assigned to various types of project under Shared Pool System in purpose to provide opportunity to develop general consultation skills. Please be mindful that assigning project(s) will not always be focused or matched to requested area and/or technology.
