Job DescriptionLead end‑to‑end delivery of the Data & Analytics workstream within large SAP S/4 Retail transformation programAlign SAP Data and analytics scope, priorities, and milestones to merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and finance outcomesDrive governance across business, system integrators, and vendors, managing risks, dependencies, and decisionsFacilitate workshops to define enterprise KPIs, reporting requirements, and fit‑to‑standard solutionsEnsure data readiness through validation, reconciliation, and sign‑off across SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercareAct as the primary bridge between client business and technical teams, and internal onshore/offshore delivery teamsStrong stakeholder management with JP/EN communication across onshore and offshore teamsJob Description - Grade SpecificRequired Qualifications & Experience8+ years of experience in data & analytics delivery, preferably in large-scale retail or consumer-facing transformationsProven experience leading data and analytics workstreams within complex, multi-vendor programsStrong understanding of retail data domains (e.g., sales, inventory, supply chain, finance)Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, test cycles, and cutover readinessDemonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive decisions in matrix organizationsLanguage & Communication SkillsNative-level fluency in Japanese and Business English is a must.Comfortable leading bilingual workshops, steering committees, and cross-border teamsPreferred SkillsExperience with SAP, SAC, BTP/ BDC, BW/DS etc.Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologiesStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under ambiguityCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
