仕事内容
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our Insights and Data team at Capgemini Japan. In this role, you will work at the intersection of a large insurance data ecosystem, which includes customer, agent, transaction, and policy data, and advanced AI-driven intelligence. Your main responsibility is to design, build, and deploy scalable Generative AI and Predictive Analytics solutions, transforming our Azure-based data lake into actionable insights and automated intelligent experiences. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, platform teams, and business stakeholders to operationalize AI at an enterprise scale.
Key responsibilities include developing AI models and applications powered by machine learning, including systems for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will leverage Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI Foundry to create scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Additionally, you will partner with data engineering teams to ingest and process large datasets from Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Synapse Analytics, ensuring seamless integration between data pipelines and AI workflows.
You will also develop serverless orchestration layers using Azure Functions to connect AI models with downstream applications and APIs. This includes supporting real-time and batch inference use cases. Optimization of search and storage using Azure AI Search for low-latency retrieval and efficient data storage strategies is also expected.
To ensure operational excellence, you will implement MLOps best practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management, and integrate AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. This position requires hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning and strong programming skills in Python, alongside understanding of large-scale, enterprise data environments and DevOps practices. Experience in the insurance or financial services domain and familiarity with RAG-based AI systems are preferred.
