仕事内容

We are seeking experienced professionals to support the governance of Business Partner (BP) master data, which includes customer, vendor, and franchise information. Your role will involve understanding business policies and aligning BP governance controls accordingly. You will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP MDG change request workflows, validations, and approvals. Additionally, you will coordinate data cleansing, enrichment, and cutover activities with business owners, and support SIT, UAT, defect management, and hypercare processes.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with integration and technical teams to resolve issues. You will also prepare functional documentation and training materials to support the business and its users. We require 3-6+ years of experience working with SAP MDG, particularly focused on Business Partner (BP) management. A solid understanding of customer and vendor master data concepts in retail or consumer environments is necessary. Experience with data governance, workflow support, and large-scale SAP or data transformation programs is also expected.

Strong language and communication skills are essential, with native-level fluency in Japanese and a good proficiency in English being preferred. You should be able to clearly explain governance concepts to stakeholders. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Retail landscapes and integration with downstream systems, such as POS, OMS, eCommerce, and analytics, is a plus. Experience with data governance, internal controls, and working in SI-led or multi-vendor delivery environments will be highly advantageous.
