Job DescriptionSupport governance of Business Partner master data (customer, vendor, franchise)Understand business policies and align BP governance controls accordinglyConfigure and support MDG change request workflows, validations, and approvalsCoordinate data cleansing, enrichment, and cutover activities with business ownersSupport SIT, UAT, defect management, and hypercareCollaborate with integration and technical teams on issue resolutionPrepare functional documentation and training materialsJob Description - Grade SpecificRequired Qualifications & Experience3–6+ years of experience working with SAP MDG, with a focus on Business Partner (BP)Solid understanding of customer and vendor master data concepts in a retail or consumer environmentExperience supporting MDG workflows, validations, and testing cyclesFamiliarity with data cleansing, migration, and cutover activitiesExperience working within large-scale SAP or data transformation programsLanguage & Communication SkillsNative-level fluency in Japanese and English is good to haveStrong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to explain governance concepts clearlyPreferred SkillsExperience with SAP S/4HANA Retail landscapesExposure to integration with downstream systems (POS, OMS, eCommerce, analytics)Familiarity with data governance and internal control conceptsExperience working in SI-led or multi-vendor delivery environmentsCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
