Job DescriptionSupport governance of Finance master data including G/L, cost centers, profit centers, and internal ordersConfigure MDG workflows and validations to meet audit, compliance, and SoD requirementsPartner with Finance stakeholders on data standards, naming conventions, and ownershipSupport Finance UAT, sign‑offs, and change adoptionAssist with migration preparation, reconciliation, and cutover readinessManage data issues across SIT, UAT, and hypercareProduce functional documentation and training contentJob Description - Grade SpecificRequired Qualifications & Experience3–6+ years of experience working with SAP MDG, with a focus on Finance (FI) master dataStrong understanding of SAP FI master data structures and dependenciesFamiliarity with audit, compliance, and internal control requirements impacting finance dataExperience supporting testing cycles, data migration, and cutover activitiesExperience working within large-scale SAP or finance transformation programsLanguage & Communication SkillsNative-level fluency in Japanese and English is good to haveStrong ability to communicate governance and control concepts to Finance stakeholdersPreferred SkillsExperience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and MDG on S/4HANAExposure to integration with downstream systems and reporting platformsFamiliarity with finance data governance, SoD, and audit frameworksExperience working in SI-led or multi-vendor delivery environmentsCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
