Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Guidewire Project Manager to lead insurance system transformation projects in Japan, mainly across claims, policy, and other core P&C insurance areas.Job Description - Grade SpecificResponsibilitiesManage Guidewire-related implementation projects from planning to deliveryCoordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and global/offshore teamsManage scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgetLead project meetings and provide regular status updatesSupport requirement clarification, testing, release, and delivery activitiesEnsure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standardsRequired SkillsProject management experience in insurance, financial services, or IT consultingGuidewire experience preferred, especially ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenterUnderstanding of P&C insurance processes, especially claims and policyExperience managing system implementation or application development projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsJapanese required; English preferredCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
