仕事内容
We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to aid in acquiring new customers who are embarking on their Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) journey. The role involves facilitating workshops and developing solutions to build consensus among stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions aligned with business values. As part of this, you will perform solution analysis, develop proposals for customers, and contribute to securing deals. You will lead or participate in proof of concept engagements with key prospects and provide insights to the implementation team regarding methodologies and tools. Coaching and mentoring team members, as well as supervising both onsite and offshore technical teams, are also integral aspects of this position.
Additionally, you will design and develop complex digital transformation projects for new and existing customers of TCS Japan. Supporting the sales process by defining software and service requirements for project delivery and closing deals is also a key responsibility. Required skills include extensive knowledge and experience in the new product development area, deep understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment, and flexibility in traveling. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently are essential. Candidates should have lead experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, be capable of writing clear requirement specifications, and ideally possess familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systemes 3DExperience, or PTC Windchill, along with experience in automotive, aerospace, or other related industries.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Must-have skills: Business Process Consultant with experience in New Product Development area and knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management •Atleast one end to end implementation or transformation experience in any PLM product for a manufacturing or hi tech/electronics customer in Japan. •Experience in running customer workshops •Have a thorough understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies with experience leading teams in an Agile / Scrum environment •Must be able to write clear, understandable Requirements, Specification documents, and Use Cases. •Knowledge of BPML •Must be flexible to travel •Ability to support multiple projects concurrently as required •Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal individuals and external customers.
