仕事内容

In our role focused on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), we are dedicated to the comprehensive design, development, and validation of ADAS functionalities. Our responsibilities include the creation and management of ADAS ECU specifications, specification design for various autonomy levels, and NCAP scenario assessments. We are also tasked with coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless program management and quality evaluation.

We engage in thorough communication and diagnostic testing, validation in a Model-in-the-Loop Simulation (MILS) environment, and manage Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation (HILS) benches. Our work extends to all aspects of ADAS feature development including interface specification, parameter tuning, functional safety, cybersecurity, and defect analysis. We are also actively involved in market research and the analysis of vehicle test results to continuously enhance ADAS functionalities.

Our role involves direct interaction with clients, providing technical support and resolving complex issues using analytical skills. We identify ecosystem gaps, generate new ideas, and convert them into actionable business proposals. This position requires managing both offshore and onsite teams, ensuring effective development and program management within the customer ecosystem.

This position offers valuable exposure to ADAS functionality design, in-vehicle system integration, and market defect analysis while working closely with a prominent Japanese OEM and its Tier-1 suppliers. The role demands skills in MATLAB/Simulink, embedded C programming, and experience with tools like dSPACE HILS, and IPG Carmaker, alongside strong project management capabilities in an automotive setting.

その他- **応募要件**:
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in ADAS system and specification analysis, design, control design, and validation.
- Experience in ECU functional testing, validation, and verification for ADAS functionalities.
- Experience handling dSPACE Control Desk/dSPACE HILS, IPG Carmaker, and CANoe/CANalyzer.
- Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and environment model development and usage. Knowledge of embedded C programming.
- Project management support for ADAS vehicle model development is preferred (including schedule/progress management, vehicle modification coordination, and interdepartmental coordination).
- Languages:
- Japanese: Business
- English: Business

- Basic understanding of in-vehicle networks, in-vehicle communications, CAN, and diagnostic protocols.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills (both internal and external) and a solid understanding of the customer business environment.
