仕事内容

We provide comprehensive IT, IoT, EAM, and APM solutions aimed at transforming the manufacturing processes and asset management for our customers. Our project focuses on collaborating with large Japanese manufacturing firms that are undertaking digital transformations of their operations, starting in Japan and subsequently expanding globally. Our responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements, collaborating with a global team to design, develop, and deploy solutions at manufacturing sites, and offering training to key users. We are involved in gathering requirements, designing project phases, capturing data from various sources, creating data templates, and validating the captured data against the target solutions. Additionally, we prepare test cases to ensure the data and solutions are accurate and reliable.

Our unique advantage lies in our global reach and local interaction, which allows us to effectively meet customer needs and provide a competitive edge. This position also offers opportunities for growth, including taking on global roles and leading digital transformation initiatives within Japan. Candidates must have extensive experience in the manufacturing or energy industries and in IT solution development, possess excellent communication skills, and work effectively within hybrid teams. Proficiency in business-level Japanese and English is required. Experience with APM solutions and IoT platforms is considered an advantage.

- 裁量労働手当：60,000円〜80,000円
- 残業手当：通常により支給（残業時間に応じて支給）

- Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
- Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

■Salary
- Monthly salary: Under corporate regulations, decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
- Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
- Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
- Salary raise: Yes
- Premium: Yes

■Working hours
- 9:00 - 18:00
- Actual working hrs: 8hrs / Flex time system / Core time: 10:00 - 16:00

- 10+ Years experience in any manufacturing or energy industry
- 8+ Years experience in any IT solution development
- Experience in understanding database structures/architecture

- 望ましい経験:
- Technologies - Preferably in APM solutions such as Mistras PCMS, GE APM, AVEVA or any other enterprise solutions, IOT platform
