仕事内容
As PLM Project Managers, we oversee the successful implementation of digital transformation projects, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems within engineering and manufacturing environments. Our role demands robust project management skills, comprehensive understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage client-facing engagements effectively. We are responsible for managing various stakeholders, establishing clear communication channels, and defining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to track implementation and delivery progress. We manage project risks, issues, action items, and own project delivery and quality metrics, establishing processes for delivery and quality management.
Additionally, we demonstrate willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends, and provide weekly project status reports to both customers and internal management. Our role also involves managing project efforts and cost tracking. This position presents an opportunity to lead high-impact projects that redefine the operations of global companies in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors, while collaborating with a diverse international team. We gain exposure to industry-leading PLM solutions, enhancing our technical expertise, and work closely with clients to build long-lasting relationships and help shape their future business strategies.
