仕事内容
As a PLM Solution Architect, we lead digital transformation projects focused on Product Lifecycle Management for engineering and manufacturing sectors. Our responsibilities include understanding the functional and technical requirements of PLM systems, such as Teamcenter or 3DExperience, and documenting them to aid in system implementation. We collaborate closely with clients to define a high-level "To-Be" system view and create a roadmap for their digital transformation. Our role involves providing technical solution recommendations based on business requirements and developing both high-level and low-level design documentation, along with creating proof of concepts (PoC) to validate solutions.
Working closely with customers and local and global teams, we ensure clear communication and facilitate smooth implementations. Additionally, we support the development team throughout the implementation process to ensure alignment and successful execution. These efforts contribute to achieving high efficiency and greater transparency in the client’s operations, particularly in supporting semiconductor manufacturing processes.
This role offers the opportunity to advance from Solution Architect to Senior Solution Architect and eventually to Enterprise Architect, providing exposure to new technologies and insights into engineering and manufacturing processes. The position demands a strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, experience in PLM tools, project management, and the ability to handle comprehensive end-to-end solutions. Proficiency in Japanese and English is essential, allowing seamless communication with stakeholders across various regions during the implementation of digital transformation strategies.

| その他 | - 応募要件: 1. Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect. 2. Strong understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes, with the ability to design PLM solutions. 3. Functional knowledge of Engineering or Manufacturing business processes. 4. Experience with at least one global PLM tool, such as Teamcenter or 3DExperience. 5. Experience in PLM consultation and implementation projects. 6. Extensive experience in project definition, planning, requirements gathering, analysis, and process mapping. 7. Experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations. 8. Broad understanding of application and technology integration frameworks. 9. Expertise in applying structured methodologies to define, implement, and maintain end-to-end solutions using packaged software. 10. Proven track record of successful delivery in large-scale, high-profile projects involving both business and IT components. Languages: - Japanese: Fluent level - English: Business level - 望ましい経験: 1.
