仕事内容

We are responsible for bridging communication and coordination among customers, onsite, and offshore teams, especially during JST mornings, to support application transition, design, development, testing, and maintenance projects. As Scrum Masters, we lead cross-functional teams in developing and supporting insurance IT products like policy admin, claims, and billing systems. Our duties include organizing Scrum ceremonies in both Japanese and English, coaching teams on Agile practices, and removing external disruptions to enhance team performance. We ensure effective communication among all teams, track sprint/release progress, and aid Product Owners and stakeholders in backlog prioritization.

We contribute to transformational initiatives like process maturity, DevOps automation, and security vulnerability remediation to meet project objectives. Additionally, we mentor junior team members, setting tasks and ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective completion. We require at least five years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, with insurance domain knowledge, bilingual skills (Japanese N2 or above and business-level English), and expertise in Agile/Scrum practices and tools like Jira or Confluence. It's beneficial to have Scrum Master certification, experience in hybrid delivery models, and insurance process or ITIL certification.

その他- 応募要件:
・5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Project Management experience.
・Practical insurance domain knowledge (Life and/or P&C), with proven experience in regulated, bilingual environments.
・Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles and associated tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
・Experience working with distributed and multicultural teams.
・Ability to effectively coordinate with Product owner, Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams.
・Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours.
・Business level Japanese (N2 or above) and English skill

- 望ましい経験:
・Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
・Exposure to hybrid delivery (Guidewire, Salesforce, COTS, digital modernization).
・Experience supporting both business analysts and technical delivery teams.
・Insurance process or ITIL certification.
