仕事内容

■ Position Overview

This position is a Mendix Solution Architect role responsible for technically leading digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing customers.

You will design optimal solution architectures leveraging Teamcenter and Mendix by understanding customer business and system requirements, while ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.

■ Department Introduction

We provide end-to-end IT and IoT solutions to support digital transformation across engineering and manufacturing domains.

By closely collaborating with customers, we gradually digitalize business areas and support migration from existing operations as a major solution vendor.

■ Project Introduction

This project focuses on transforming legacy systems into a new PLM-based solution using a Teamcenter and Mendix collaboration model.

The customer currently manages cost control and planning information in a legacy system and plans to replace these modules with a new cost management solution.

The project leverages Teamcenter PLM capabilities, customer-specific configuration, and low-code/no-code development using Mendix.

The main scope centers on Mendix, involving significant customization and integration with PLM, which is a key demand area for customers migrating legacy systems to modern technologies.

■ Position Highlights

This is a client-facing role responsible for understanding overall business processes and system requirements.

You will define the solution architecture, data model, and design artifacts while ensuring quality and on-time implementation.

Any requirements raised after requirement freeze will be managed through a formal change request process, enabling best-in-class solutions and high customer satisfaction.

■ Job Responsibilities

- As a Mendix Solution Architect, understand functional and technical requirements and design the overall system architecture

- Work closely with customer teams to define the To-Be system, data model, and solution

- Provide Mendix technical solutions aligned with global standards

- Create and support high-level and low-level design specifications (HLD / LLD)

- Monitor overall development and implementation status and drive resolution of technical challenges related to Mendix solutions

■ Future Career Path

This role provides opportunities to learn various technologies, engineering processes, and solution design using PLM and Mendix.

You will collaborate closely with Japan and global teams, gaining domain, business process, and consulting experience.

The career path includes progression from Solution Architect → Senior Solution Architect → Enterprise Architect → Business Consultant.

■ Minimum Qualifications

- Overall 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Mendix, actively working as a Solution Architect

- Experience in Mendix data model design, ER diagram creation, and overall solution architecture in collaboration with other systems

- Hands-on experience with customization and configuration of Mendix applications

■ Language Requirements

English: High Business level

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Siemens software suite including Teamcenter PLM, Mendix, and Teamcenter-Mendix Connector

- Experience in digital engineering or manufacturing process consulting

- Experience working in global environments with stakeholders across multiple geographies

- Experience defining and implementing digital transformation initiatives

■Employment status

正社員/Regular Employee

Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)

Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

■Salary

Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.

Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY

Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

■Working hours

9:00 - 18:00

(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
