Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Guidewire Practice Lead to help build and grow Guidewire capability in Japan, supporting business development, solutioning, delivery governance, and team capability building.Job Description - Grade SpecificResponsibilitiesLead and grow the Guidewire practice in JapanSupport Guidewire opportunities from pre-sales to deliveryProvide Guidewire expertise across claims, policy, billing, and related insurance areasWork with local and global teams to define delivery approach and governanceSupport project mobilization, staffing, mentoring, and knowledge sharingContribute to proposal activities, client discussions, and business growthRequired SkillsStrong Guidewire implementation or insurance transformation experienceExperience with ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or related modulesGood understanding of P&C insurance processesExperience leading teams, programs, or large transformation initiativesStrong consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsAbility to work with both Japanese stakeholders and global teamsJapanese and/or English business-level communication skills requiredGuidewire certification is a plusCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
