About the project: We are a strategic software partner for a leading global automotive OEM, supporting their transformation toward Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs). Our role spans strategic consulting and technical execution—from defining software architecture roadmaps to delivering robust, scalable solutions for next-generation mobility.

Career Path: You will start working as Technical Architect and with performance will be promoted to Solution Architect/Project Manager role.

Job responsibilities: 1. Automotive ECU software development for RTOS or POSIX based platform with Model based development or Handcode

2. Establishing development process and development platform for complete development lifecycle for embedded software

3. Establishing development workbench including CI/CD environment

4. Development of test framework including ECU virtualization

5. Handling a team of at least 20-25 engineers’ team as lead.

6. Software compliance with automotive standards such as AUTOSAR, Functional Safety – ISO 26262, ASPICE

7. Project status reporting including weekly, monthly reporting capturing the project activities completed, project activities ongoing, project activities planned, project schedule and challenges in meeting any of milestones.

8. Project management activities also include planning, execution of activities, monitoring (measurement of KPIs) and controlling, managing key stakeholders, resource management, risk management, quality management, work distribution to offshore (India) team

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Experience in Automotive embedded software development

2. Experience in Software development lifecycle including Requirement analysis, Design, Development, unit Test, Integration Test and System Test

3. Expertise in Language: C, C++, Python

OS/Middleware: Linux, QNX, AUTOSAR

Controllers: Renesas R-Car, NXP S32G, RH850

Toolchains: gcc, Multi, Vector DaVinci, EB tresos

Communication: CAN/CAN-FD, SOME/IP, DOIP. DOCAN, MQTT, HTTP, DDS, IPC (MQ, Socket, Data Sharing)

Tools: Docker, Git, JIRA, GTest, Polyspace, Cantata++, CANoe

Language: Both English & Japanese above business level
