仕事内容
We are tasked with building and managing scalable data pipelines specifically for AI-driven Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Our primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless operation of reliable model training and deployment for these systems. This involves developing comprehensive end-to-end data pipelines capable of handling multi-sensor data, including inputs from cameras, LiDAR, and radar. We are responsible for the entire data processing lifecycle: data ingestion, preprocessing, and quality management. Our role requires collaboration with machine learning (ML) and platform teams to support model training and validation. Moreover, we must ensure adherence to data governance standards, including compliance and traceability, to maintain data integrity.
In addition, we support MLOps workflows and scalable AI platforms, ensuring smooth integration and scalability of AI models into operational systems. Our technical skills should encompass strong experience with Python and data engineering technologies, particularly in developing ETL/ELT pipelines. We are expected to have a profound understanding of distributed processing through tools like Spark and Dask, and execution frameworks such as Airflow. Proficiency with cloud platforms like Azure and knowledge of multi-sensor data handling are essential. Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with data governance practices, enhances our effectiveness.
We aim to progress in our careers towards roles such as AI Platform Engineer, MLOps Architect, or Data Infrastructure Lead, leveraging our foundational work in data engineering for ADAS. Proficiency in real-time pipeline technologies and advanced MLOps tools is advantageous for career growth. Additionally, strong communication skills in both Japanese and English at an advanced business level are crucial for efficiently handling client and stakeholder interactions.
