仕事内容

We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture, Automation, and Integration (EAAI) to report directly to the CIO and act as a crucial link between our business operations and technological implementation. This role includes ensuring our enterprise application ecosystem is cohesive, agile, and secure by leading the relevant team. You will be responsible for horizontal governance, enabling seamless data flow between front-office and back-office systems, optimizing processes via automation, and safely embedding AI within enterprise workflows. You'll facilitate AI strategy governance for business process automation across major Go-to-Market and Financial systems.

Core responsibilities include participating in strategic planning with senior management, ensuring operational effectiveness, and solving complex and ambiguous issues by translating business strategies into functional EAAI plans. You will manage budgetary and impact accountability and engage in stakeholder management to drive enterprise-wide results. Leading and developing the EAAI team to explore new integration methods and solve automation issues is essential.

You will also oversee enterprise architecture governance, setting standards and security baselines, and chairing the Technology Review Board to streamline software purchases. This role requires auditing the Business Systems ecosystem, optimizing costs, managing iPaaS platforms like Workato, and automating workflows using RPA. Additionally, you'll manage AI strategy and process governance, facilitate AI security assessments, and provision AI frameworks and tools for other teams.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and over 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, automation, or business technology, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment, and over five years of team management experience. Effective communication, a deep understanding of integration patterns, API management, and modern AI technologies are essential.

給与	- Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $179,670.00 to $253,644.00. - Bonus: This role may be eligible to participate in discretionary bonus programs. - Equity: This role may be eligible to participate in Fastly’s equity programs.

その他	- 応募要件: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Integrations, Automation, or Business Technology, ideally in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment. 5+ years of managing and directing high-performing technical teams and managers of various levels. Proven track record of designing and managing complex, cross-functional data integration pipelines (such as Lead-to-Cash and Usage-to-Billing). Strong understanding of front-office and back-office application ecosystems, including platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Coupa. Deep experience in writing, defining, and enforcing governance policies, architectural guardrails, and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, SOX). Outstanding communication skills, with a demonstrated capability of presenting to, negotiating with, and influencing senior executives and cross-functional business leaders. Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API management, iPaaS platforms, and robotic process automation (RPA). High technical acumen and an understanding of modern AI technologies, including GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automated workflows. - 望ましい経験: Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Experience as an administrator or expert architect in Workato. Practical experience implementing AI automation governance frameworks and enterprise-wide AI wrappers.
