仕事内容
As Product Counsel, we are seeking to integrate legal expertise into the product development process, providing immersive legal guidance throughout the lifecycle—from planning through to launch and iteration. You will work closely and daily with product and engineering teams, engaging in planning and design sessions, reviewing product features for legal risks, and serving as a critical legal contact for pioneering product development and launches.
In addition to product counseling, you will develop and translate legal and regulatory considerations into clear, actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders, including security and marketing teams, thereby supporting cross-functional integration. This role also involves supporting complex contractual negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors, which includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements in concert with other legal and business partners.
Moreover, you'll be responsible for drafting and reviewing consistent terms, disclosures, and marketing materials, ensuring legal compliance and clarity. Our objective is to streamline processes and facilitate stakeholder engagement by drafting and maintaining policies, checklists, and training materials.
Your role involves providing flexible, generalist legal support across various operations within the Product, Technology, and Regulatory team, as our priorities adapt to the evolving environment. The role demands not only strong legal acumen but also effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and the aptitude to work independently while collaborating across disciplines. Your keen interest in understanding the technical side of business innovations will aid in delivering real-time practical guidance, making you a key contributor to our legal team and overall success.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Education & Credentials: JD from a respected institution and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar. Experience: 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including at least 1 year of in-house experience. Product Instincts: Comfort sitting in product and engineering meetings, asking the right questions, and giving real-time, practical guidance. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify complex legal issues for a business audience. Problem-Solving: A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Execution: Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete projects independently in a dynamic, evolving environment. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail. Collaboration: A collaborative team player who enjoys working across disciplines and values building relationships and improving process. Curiosity: A genuine interest in learning the practical, technical side of the business (APIs, encryption, LLMs, cloud architecture) well enough to give real-time guidance. - **望ましい経験**: Prior experience advising product, engineering, or other technical teams.
