仕事内容

The Strategic Finance team at Fastly is seeking a Senior Manager who is analytically adept, intellectually curious, and strategically oriented to contribute to the company’s long-term strategic direction. The role involves consolidating Fastly’s Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, integrating revenue, expenses, and investments to provide a comprehensive financial overview. You will be responsible for crafting presentations for the Board, Audit Committee, and executive leadership, helping translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

In this role, you will oversee corporate consolidation, manage the forecasting system, and co-lead financial reviews at month-end, along with quarterly and annual planning cycles. A key aspect of the role is to work closely with the Accounting department to ensure accurate forecasting, incorporating any new assumptions or accounting changes. You will also be tasked with establishing efficient corporate finance processes to align internal stakeholders and improve financial tools and workflows, thus enabling deeper business insights.

Additionally, you will handle cash forecasting and collaborate with Billing Systems, Treasury, and SEC reporting to ensure financial accuracy. You will lead and manage ad hoc projects and provide analytical support to executive leadership, translating complex data into clear strategies related to capital allocation and guidance. The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years of relevant experience, advanced financial modeling skills, and excels in communicating complex ideas and creating structured solutions in ambiguous scenarios. Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments, and familiarity with finance automation tools and BI/data tools is preferred.

その他	- 応募要件: 8–10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related analytic roles, ideally within high-growth technology or SaaS environments. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and drive toward actionable insights. Advanced financial modeling skills with experience building flexible, scalable models that support decision-making. Relentlessly curious, you question everything and hold yourself and those around you accountable to understanding the why behind the data and trendlines. Self-driven and detail-oriented with an extreme ownership mentality. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, with the ability to bring structure and drive results without clear precedent. - 望ましい経験: Public company reporting, close-process, and audit-support experience. Prior experience in a SaaS, infrastructure, or high-growth tech environment. Familiarity with AI/automation tools applied to finance workflows. Experience with Adaptive Planning and BI/data tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
