仕事内容

In this role, we focus on expanding partner-attached bookings and ecosystem growth across France. Reporting to the Director of Partner Development in EMEA, our primary responsibilities include recruiting top-tier regional partners such as MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, and SIs. We execute a partner-first go-to-market strategy, aiming to build long-term, high-value partnerships that drive new business opportunities. Our success is measured by the growth in the French market and the success of our partners.

We emphasize a core technology focus in areas such as CDN & Edge Compute, Next-Gen WAF, DDoS & Bot Mitigation, and Edge Observability. Our duties are broken down into key areas: First, Recruitment involves mapping the tech ecosystem in France to identify and sign premier security, cloud, and edge partners. Then, Scaling includes leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key partners to design sales initiatives, marketing activities, programs, and offerings that generate new business opportunities with and through these partners.

In the Activate & Enable phase, we partner with enablement teams, Account Executives, and marketing to train partner technical teams, develop playbooks, and accelerate the velocity of deals. Lastly, Execution encompasses owning regional partner forecasting, deal registration, and co-selling operations across France.

We look for individuals with strong outcome ownership, who are self-directed and can identify market gaps in France without requiring detailed task lists. Candidates should have commercial and technical expertise, be comfortable in complex negotiations, and hold credible discussions on cloud and security architectures. Fluency in French, business English, and a well-established network in the French IT, cloud, and security channels are crucial. Additionally, a proven track record of successfully structuring and scaling partner-attached bookings and alliances is essential.
