仕事内容
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Contracts Manager to help scale our commercial Legal and Contracts Management team at Fastly. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, including sales, vendor, and partner agreements. You will use business systems such as Salesforce and automated Contract Lifecycle Management software to efficiently process a high volume of contracts from initial intake through execution and opportunity close.
Your role will include supporting the sales cycle by working flexibly to meet the demands of our sales organization, especially during high-volume periods like month-end and quarter-end close cycles. Daily collaboration with the quote-to-cash teams, including Deal Strategy, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Sales Operations, will be essential to support contractual terms and execute revenue transactions.
You will also review requests for signatures to ensure they meet policy requirements and assist in reviewing and drafting non-complex negotiated legal agreements using Fastly forms. Contributing to team documentation, playbooks, templates, and knowledge management will be part of your responsibilities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Effective communication is crucial, as you will maintain timely communication about the status of requests, tickets, and tasks, and escalate issues where necessary. Additional responsibilities include implementing enterprise contract management tools and possibly working outside of standard business hours to accommodate different time zones or meet project deadlines. Travel may be required depending on business needs or managerial requests, with the position located in London with a hybrid work model.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 2-4 years of contract management experience in SaaS, AI or other high-growth and fast-paced technology environments. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and automated CLM tools (such as Ironclad and Docusign) and AI-assisted negotiation tools such as Claude or Gemini to efficiently scale commercial contracting deal support. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate contract administration issues to partners (e.g., attorneys, sales teams) and build trusted internal relationships. Judgment & Problem Solving: Strong time-management and organization skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in executing risk-based assessments aligned with Contracts team policy frameworks. - **望ましい経験**: Direct experience implementing enterprise contract management tool rollouts, system migrations, or other major workflow optimizations.
