仕事内容
私たちは、日本のカントリーマネージャーに報告し、特定の市場でのFastlyの成長を促進するために、エンタープライズアカウントエグゼクティブの役割を担う方を求めています。この役割では、担当分野で継続的な成長を達成するために、Go To Market計画の開発、管理、実行を行います。パイプラインの駆動、売上、収益の向上に責任を持ち、目標を達成または超えることが求められます。また、営業サイクル全体をリードし、見込み顧客の発掘、価値提案のポジショニング、価格交渉、契約締結、アカウント管理を行います。
私たちは、営業エンジニアと密接に連携して、潜在顧客をデモやトライアル期間中にサポートします。Fastlyのソリューションに対する技術的理解を深め、それらがどのように顧客の課題を解決し、エッジコンピューティング、セキュリティ、DevOpsの広範な領域でどのようにフィットするかを把握します。アカウントマネジメントチームと連携し、顧客の導入を加速し、満足度を確保することが求められます。また、クライアントサービス、マーケティング、製品、製品マーケティングなどの主要パートナーと協力し、地域的な取り組みを整合させ実行します。
顧客データベースの充実とセールスサイクルの進捗報告にCRMツールを使用し、セールスプロスペクティングツールでアウトバウンド活動を推進します。この役割に成功するには、セキュリティセールスにおける新規事業開発経験、セールスサイクル管理の実績、SaaSやPaaS、クラウドプラットフォームなどに関する幅広いネットワークが必要です。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Successful, established track record of New Business Development experience with senior leadership and C-level executives, within Security sales. Significantly, many experiences have developed new customers. Direct field experience and extensive network of key contacts within the SaaS PaaS/ Cloud Platform sector, including large multi-divisional/multinational companies. Self-starter who can demonstrate development, growth, and expansion of a territory. Proven track record of effective outbound prospecting, managing sophisticated enterprise sales cycles, and accurate pipeline management and forecasting. Independent, self-disciplined, and possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work individually and collaboratively as part of a team. Prior experience working for a US or Internationally-headquartered company. Native Japanese speaking and writing skills and business-level English skills. - **望ましい経験**: Experience with technologies and content delivery network services, security services, cloud-based services, SaaS, PaaS, content management, web analytics, website performance, cloud storage, mobile content delivery, or managed web hosting is helpful. |
