仕事内容
As a Broker, we are responsible for collaborating with regional office colleagues to provide our clients with expert advice on placement design, available coverage, capacity options, anticipated pricing, potential coverage improvements, and market developments. Our role includes negotiating placements' terms and conditions with reinsurers, ensuring that they align with our clients' needs and market standards. We provide technical and administrative support to the Account Executive team in the placement and servicing of Facultative Reinsurance.
Additionally, we handle the processing of placements and work closely with offshore teams to ensure that invoices are prepared and issued promptly. Part of our duties includes generating and reviewing contractual documentation, such as contract wordings, endorsements, invoices, and evidence of cover. We address queries from clients and reinsurers by coordinating with colleagues in different departments and local offices when necessary.
Our role demands the collection and analysis of data required for preparing market submissions and presentations. We operate in line with Aon UK Limited's Risk Management Framework and ensure compliance with its policies, including active participation in managing risks that might negatively impact the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company. This also involves completing mandatory training to stay abreast of industry standards and company protocols.
