仕事内容
We are seeking a People (HR) Manager to join our team in Portugal, focusing on the EMEA region. In this role, you will support our business's growth and transformation by managing complex HR cases, implementing key people initiatives, and standardizing HR practices. Your responsibilities include overseeing HR foundational processes, handling escalations from the Shared Services Team, mitigating risks, and managing talent processes to enhance employee experience. You will collaborate closely with People Partners, Employee Relations, Legal, Talent, Shared Services, and business stakeholders to deliver effective HR practices.
Your tasks will involve providing practical guidance on People policies and sensitive cases, addressing complex operational issues, and improving service delivery and employee experience. You'll ensure compliance and consistency in labor relations, assist with performance, promotion, compensation issues, and manage legal requirements like state audits. Additionally, you'll support organizational changes, employee feedback translation, mergers and acquisitions, and performance management coaching, aiming to improve retention and employee experience.
Your work will empower managers to confidently handle employee situations and maintain compliance through proactive policy updates. You will facilitate efficient resolution of employee relations cases and contribute to a smoother process for organizational changes and restructures. By guiding talent decisions, you will support business efficiency, while your efforts in refining People processes will lead to a more cohesive and scalable HR framework. Essential qualifications include a degree in HR or a related field, extensive HR experience, especially in a multi-national context, and proficiency in European languages such as German, French, or Spanish is advantageous.

Solid human resources experience, ideally in a complex, multi-country environment. Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and human resources practices across multiple EMEA countries. Demonstrated experience supporting employee relations, manager guidance, and operational People processes including performance management, terminations, and policy application.
