仕事内容

Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products.
You Are
You have spent years building PMO organizations that actually deliver, not just track status.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and scale the APAC PMO organization across Japan, Korea, and the broader region, setting the operational foundation for how customer programs are planned, executed, and delivered.
The Impact You Will Have
You will define how Synopsys delivers customer programs across APAC, setting the standard for execution, governance, and operational excellence.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP Certification, this is non-negotiable.
10 or more years of Program or Project Management experience, leading complex, customer-facing initiatives.
5 or more years of leadership experience managing PMO or delivery organizations, including building teams and setting operational standards.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
