仕事内容
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our Insights and Data team at Capgemini Japan, focusing on transforming a large-scale insurance data ecosystem into intelligent solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and deploy scalable Generative AI and Predictive Analytics solutions, which will convert our Azure-based data lake into actionable insights and automated experiences. Collaborating closely with data engineers, platform teams, and business stakeholders, you will work to operationalize AI across the enterprise scale.
In terms of AI and model development, you will design, train, and deploy predictive machine learning models and applications powered by large language models (LLMs), such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, utilizing Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI Foundry. You will partner with data engineering teams to integrate and process large datasets from Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Synapse Analytics, ensuring a seamless connection between data pipelines and AI workflows.
The role also involves developing serverless orchestration layers through Azure Functions to facilitate the integration of AI models with applications and APIs, as well as optimizing search and storage solutions using Azure AI Search. You should focus on implementing MLOps best practices to manage model versioning and integrate AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Technical proficiency is required in areas like Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Synapse Analytics, and working with large-scale data environments. Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with Scala, Apache Spark for ETL platforms, and experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for automating AI workflows are essential. Experience in the insurance or financial services sector and familiarity with RAG-based AI systems and distributed data processing using Azure Databricks is preferred.
