仕事内容

Our role involves the verification of sophisticated Interface IP solutions such as PCIe, CXL, DDR, and Ethernet technologies that are crucial for AI accelerators, data centers, networking platforms, and next-generation SoCs. We are responsible for owning the verification process, which includes architecting and enhancing scalable UVM-based verification environments and reusable verification IP. This involves defining verification strategies and test plans, developing constrained-random and coverage-driven verification solutions using SystemVerilog and UVM, and driving functional coverage closure and verification signoff activities. Additionally, we are tasked with debugging challenging RTL, protocol, and system-level issues to improve verification efficiency and automation.

Our work requires close collaboration with architecture, RTL, firmware, and systems teams to identify issues early on, ensuring robust product quality. We also play a pivotal role in mentoring engineers, contributing to verification methodology improvements across the organization. The Interface IP we verify will be integrated into advanced semiconductor products, directly impacting technologies in AI, machine learning platforms, cloud data centers, high-performance computing systems, and more.

The successful candidate will bring a BSEE degree with 8 to 10+ years of industry experience, expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies, strong protocol knowledge in areas like PCIe, CXL, DDR, and Ethernet, and experience with constrained-random, coverage-driven verification environments. Proficiency with industry-standard simulators and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Additionally, the ability to independently drive technical initiatives and collaborate across teams is crucial.

その他	- 応募要件: BSEE with at least 8 to 10+ years of direct industry experience with proven experience verifying complex ASIC or SoC designs. Deep expertise with SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies. Strong protocol knowledge in one or more of the following areas: PCI Express (PCIe), Compute Express Link (CXL), DDR Memory Interfaces, Ethernet Experience developing constrained-random and coverage-driven verification environments. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills spanning RTL, verification, and protocol compliance. Experience with industry-standard simulators such as VCS, ModelSim, or similar tools. Ability to independently drive technical initiatives while collaborating across geographically distributed teams. - 望ましい経験: Experience with verification IP development, assertion-based verification and formal methodologies with knowledge of modern SoC architectures and high-speed communication interfaces.
