You are an energetic, results-driven professional with extensive knowledge in static timing analysis (STA), multidie signoff, and constraints management. Your passion lies in technical product management, where you exhibit a strong sense of accountability and collaboration. Your understanding of current and future market trends in timing signoff is unrivaled, and your experience combines semiconductor digital design with technical marketing or product management. You excel in building relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in a matrix environment, showcasing exceptional communication skills. Recognized as an expert and thought leader, you are motivated by opportunities to mentor and develop talent. Your approach is holistic and customer-centric, driven by a passion for technical excellence.
In this role, you will engage directly with customers to understand their requirements, anticipate market shifts, and capture high-value problems, translating these into Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs). Collaborating with product managers, you will define new technologies, flows, and products that drive sustainable growth. Your work involves creating customer presentation materials, analyzing competitor and market dynamics, leading technical discussions, and promoting product lines through diverse channels. Your efforts will drive Synopsys' strategic direction and leadership in the timing signoff domain, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering strong collaborative relationships.
We seek individuals with over 20 years of relevant experience, particularly in the EDA or semiconductor industries, holding a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent technical discipline. Your expertise in STA, multidie signoff, and constraints management is crucial, alongside demonstrated leadership in a matrixed organization and superior communication skills.
You will join a collaborative team defining Synopsys' Timing Signoff future.
